Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Return procedures

You must contact us by email and we will send you a return label.
You must return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund terms
Once we have received the returned products, we will refund the amount of your order, including delivery charges, within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized
- Products that have been unsealed or used
- Perishable products or products with an approaching expiration date
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
