These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the conditions under which DigiFoox sells products to customers.

Order placement

The order is placed on the DigiFoox website via an order form.

The customer is required to provide the following information when placing an order:

  • Name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number;
  • Payment information;
  • Delivery information.

The order is validated by the customer by clicking on the “Validate order” button.

Order confirmation

Once the order is validated, DigiFoox sends the customer an order confirmation email.

Price

Product prices are shown in euros including all taxes (TTC).

Product prices are subject to change at any time by DigiFoox

Delivery costs

Delivery is free within Europe.

Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.

Payment

DigiFoox accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank card;

Payment is due at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery

DigiFoox commits to delivering products within 12 days of order confirmation.

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products to DigiFoox at the following address: digifoox.contact@gmail.com

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Once the products are returned, DigiFoox will reimburse the customer within 14 days.

Responsibility

DigiFoox cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, including damages related to data loss or business interruption.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

DigiFoox reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions will apply to customers as soon as they are published on the website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
